The 7 Underestimated Principles of a Leader

Leadership in today's world is complex. How should you lead a team in a modern digital world? Consider adjusting your current #leadership style to suit the current demanding needs.

In recent years, we have seen how leadership concepts and the definition of leadership change through time and accommodate today's people's expectations.?

Some great leaders demonstrate sound leadership principles that have won many followers and believers. In the recent GE15, I observed some excellent practices from political leaders.?

Here are some excellent principles and practises we can follow:

1. Selfless Act. Outstanding leadership like putting the team's needs first with no self-interest. And taking #selfless actions and decisions by accommodating followers' wants will make a better leader.?
2. Build Trust. Walking the talk by building #trust is just as important. So walking the right path and building trust is more critical than buying hearts from followers.?
3. Keeping good promises. To build #credibility as a leader, the only way to prove you mean what you say is to validate it with firm actions.?
4. Be a team player. Besides leading a team, #humility and being a good team player are equally essential.?
5. Give Recognition. To promote teamwork, you must acknowledge and promote your teammate's work as a team player. As #teamwork is the only way to survive a leadership administration.?
6. Tolerance. Tolerance and patience are crucial for success when working with diversity and inclusion. It is finding ways to tolerate the current situation to make things work for the team.?
7. Team interest first. When you are the leader, you must do what is right at that time to get the team moving in its original direction; sometimes, personal principles may need to compromise for the ultimate goals.?

All these principles are challenging tasks and take a lot of practice.?
