7 Keys for Healing the Family after Burnout
Restoring God, Family and Business Priority and Quality Time
One of the unforeseen circumstances that effects the entrepreneurs and CEO's after Burnout
Is Relationship Cohesiveness Drift that happens between you and your spouse and family.
We try to trade quality time and replace it with purchasing stuff. Games, toys, clothes, cars and trips.
But nothing can replace or satisfy like quality time with you.
Nothing substitutes for being at the game, recital, parent/teachers meeting, school play, track and field or any other activities involving your children or spouse.
The emotional and social distance between your family grows silently and almost undetected.
Children and spouse stop talking to you, sharing their lives with you.
HERE ARE 7 Keys for Healing the Family after Burnout
1) Confession to God, that we have moved away from His principles, and placed our personal desires ahead of God.
1 John 1:9 (KJV)
If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
Prayer and Faith
Believing that God can restore although things look and feel unrepairable there is nothing too hard for GOD.
Matthew 19:26 (MSG)
1)Jesus looked hard at them and said, “No chance at all if you think you can pull it off yourself. Every chance in the world if you trust God to do it.”
2)Forgive ourselves
3)Apologize to our family and spouse
4)Plan quality time with our family
5)Put your family time on our work calendar
6)Put personal time for ourselves
7) Communicate with family evaluate the changes and makes needed adjustments
