Background
7 Habits of Highly effective people is a great practical book. I've read it cover to cover over 5 times. I've certainly found myself lacking some capabilities and forgetting some principles, and carved out time to re-read and re-understand.
I am a Hindi prose writer on the side. With my interpretations of the 7 Habits, I've compiled this set of Hindi proses, with English translations.
This
Regardless of this. I hope you find these worth your time ??♂?
Habit 1: Be Proactive
Why do you wander to look for the root of all your problems, there is hardly a house that doesn’t have a mirror.
Habit 2: Begin With the End in Mind
Now that I have reached the end, I realise that it wasn’t worth the connections I sacrificed.
Habit 3: Put First Things First
领英推荐
It doesn’t stop, you don’t get it, it’s hard to pass, time is something that you need to consciously find.
Habit 4: Think Win-Win
Is it inevitable to have a falling star in the sky? Does someone have to lose if I want to win?
Habit 5: Seek First to Understand and then to be Understood
There is silence on the streets, the deaf city shouts on the pavements. They have become newspapers clippings. Nobody listens, everybody speaks.
Habit 6: Synergy
I see an earthen lamp lit up in the day, is it planning to fight the sun? Well, if our light synergises together, it’ll likely shine brighter than the individual sum.
Habit 7: Sharpen the Saw
Life has answers, ask the right questions. Don’t blame the wind, re-orient your sails.
You’ve taken the first step but you might have to change your moves for the next level.
Since you’ve taken the first steps, let us walk thousands together.
