7 Essential qualities of a teacher

Hi everybody , as i am on the research of teaching form the last 23 years ,I felt there is a lack of dedicated teachers,academicians in our education system whether it is Pvt.Institution or Govt.

So now here i need to express the solution of the problem .New members must check there ability that they have all these in them before  join education field as career and the already members must grow the following qualities if they want to be real teacher or a GURU.

It must be very clear that what is the definition of a teacher?

I must say that a teacher should have or grow the following 

1 ) T- Tolerant   :Here what is tolerant mean .A teacher must be a tolerant person as he/she will have to face at least 30/35 student of different culture, family, nature, religion with different mental and physical ability .Any one of them create a query,disturbance,problem during running class.So he/she must answer,solve that creation that time very quietly with a lot of tolerance .   

2) E- Educationist   :A person having a lot of degrees, certificates but not able to pour all his/her knowledge,talents to sweet students than he/she is  not an educationist according me , He/She must be able to understand mental level or the ability of each student of the class.

3) A-Adorable   :A teacher must have the attractive personality so that each student should wait for him/her to be taught. Do'nt compare this as beautiful  or handsome .

4) C-Calm   :A teacher has to face a lot of tasks at a time , so to be calm will help him/her.Teacher faces classes,activities,syllabus,question paper matter and a lot of questioning of the seniors.So he/she have to be calm in nature . 

5) H-Honest   :A teacher must be honest in his/her duties.There is a long list of the duties of a teacher.Like discipline,punctuality,completing syllabus on time,activities must be content related etc. So he/she must perform all his/her duties honestly.

6) E- Energetic   :If students face a dull or low energy teacher than they will not take interest in teacher and his lectures too.So a teacher must be enter in an energetic way through the classes.This is the same , If we will have to face a dull or low energetic one of our friend,We will turn to another way.

7) R-Rightful   :I have seen that most of the teachers make a great interest with high scoring,more active students.This is wrong.A teacher must act like a judge in his/her classes. He/She should be present him/herself to be a rightful person . Never do wrong , Never partial , Never favor wrong for his/her some own benefits. We built our pupils.So what they see or feel they make our sketch their own .

All these are my own views .May be any one will not agree .But I felt to share my experiences to all of you .If there is any wrong thing , please feel comfirtable to guide me any time.
