Not to mention deeply unhappy and unfulfilled employees that are less productive, disengaged, and stagnant.

Remember when being a leader was all about being the most senior, most outspoken, or most domineering person in the room? Well, times have changed!

Today's leaders not only need to think smart and show up as their best even amidst stress and change, but they must be vulnerable enough to feel deeply, connect authentically to others, and stay physically healthy too. It's a blend of body, mind, and spirit that requires a deep energetic awareness to tap into your powers.

There's a lot of talk about positive energy, and guess what? It's not just fluff! Positivite energetic awareness in leadership is the magic that teams need and want. You don’t have to be “good vibes only” because that’s unrealistic. Bad things happen and it’s important to acknowledge and feel those things, but you don’t want to get stuck there.
