Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Arusha to Tarangire

Your driver's guide will collect you from your hotel at approximately 5:00 a.m. Following a brief orientation, you will embark on a drive to Tarangire National Park with a picnic lunch provided for a full-day game drive. Tarangire is accessible year-round and is celebrated for its large population of African elephants. Departure from the park is scheduled for around 3:30 p.m., after which you will proceed to Karatu for dinner and overnight accommodation.

Day 2: Karatu to Ngorongoro

Post-breakfast, you will drive approximately 30 minutes to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. You will then descend into the Crater floor for a full day of game drives within this UNESCO World Heritage site. Ngorongoro Crater is famed for its rich biodiversity and potential sightings of the Big Five. Other observable species include zebras, wildebeests, impalas, gazelles, hyenas, and a variety of birds, including flamingos. A picnic lunch will be served within the Crater before continuing the game drives until 2:30 p.m. Subsequently, you will travel to Serengeti National Park for dinner and overnight stay.
