The 7 Cs – the essence of being human?

Having spent significant time on the planet, as an individual and professional, I noticed a strong correlation of words that begin with ‘C’. Take a look, you may relate to it, more than you thought.

Once you get your arms around the true emotion of these 'C' words, you will see that each one of them exists because of the other. As are we. This strong interdependence is at the core of humanity and our value system, applicable to organizations as well.

Mix them in any order, and you will be surprised to learn how your own value system is hinged around these Cs.

No matter how hard one tries, you simply can’t keep professional and personal life, our values, moral compass, our attitudes and beliefs in two separate compartments.

We may not have all the Cs as our strengths, perhaps some or most of them, but in varying degree. If you feel you are missing something out in life or lack a particular skill, it’s more likely that you need to focus more on a particular C.
