For Leaders, Managers & Workers

In any workplace, the bare minimum qualities & expectations from employees & employers are:

Confidence – He should be confidently fulfilling his duties and responsibilities towards the Organisation.

Creativity – The more creative and innovative a worker is about accomplishing his job, the boredom and mundanity of repetitive jobs lessen to a lot of extent.

Communication – Each employee should have the confidence to communicate effectively. Only with clarity and openness in communication, does a company thrive successfully.

Contentment – People spend the prime time of their day at the office – they should be satisfied with their job profile, role and achievements.

Compassion – A team can only be built if one is truly concerned about the growth of the company. Concern and compassion is the essence of love. Instead of jealousy and hatred, the workers should be joyous and loving.

Clemency – One cannot expect all the employees to be geniuses and perfectionists! Therefore sometimes glitches or malfunctions need to be ignored and forgiven.

Consolidation – The most important role – esp. of leaders and managers – to motivate people to work together…in order to rise to greater and newer dimensions of success.
