The 7 Conscious Leadership Archetypes

The 7 Conscious Leadership Archetypes

Today, we explore the 7 Conscious Leadership Archetypes and their positive and negative qualities. I base my teachings on the Soul Contract, a numerology based on the sound of your name. These numbers are extracted from the sound (sound is creative), and they interpret the Soul’s journey from a growth perspective and highlight a person's karma, talents, gifts and Soul Destiny. Dominant vibrations of a certain number, there are 22 in total, mean the Soul wants to focus on particular lessons this lifetime.

Understanding your Soul Contract numbers will help you ascend and advance in your leadership, bringing out your best qualities to lead with purpose and positive impact.

Diving deeper into these archetypes can help us identify our leadership style and more effectively navigate our personal and professional growth. Below is a top-level understanding of these numbers and their challenges in leadership. To understand their whole meaning and the vast intelligence they hold, book your Soul Contract reading here, and I will decode your unique numbers.

Let’s dive in, shall we?

1. The Thought Leader (Soul Contract Number 4-4)

Negative: The Risk Averse

Positive: The Visionary

Thought leaders are known for their innovative ideas and ability to foresee future trends. When operating from a place of fear, they become risk averse, hesitant to take bold steps. In their positive state, they are visionaries, inspiring others with their forward-thinking and confidence in the unknown.

Core Wound: Lack of trust in the flow of life and the universe's provision. This mistrust often stems from deep-rooted traumas such as childhood neglect, loss of security, or betrayal, which erode their faith in the world's benevolence.

?

2. The Power House (Soul Contract Number 9-9)

Negative: The Dictator

Optimistic: The Power House

Powerhouses are dynamic and commanding leaders. When negatively influenced, they can become dictatorial, exerting excessive control and dominance. In their empowered state, they harness their strength to uplift and drive positive change, embodying the true essence of a powerhouse.

Core Wound: Disempowerment, which can arise from experiences like childhood emotional neglect, abuse, or systemic oppression. These experiences undermine their sense of agency and self-worth.

?

3. The Teacher (Soul Contract Number 3-3)

Negative: The Martyr

Positive: The Teacher

Teachers are natural guides and mentors. In their shadow, they may adopt a martyr complex, sacrificing their well-being for others. As their higher self, they are wise teachers, imparting knowledge and committing to growth without self-neglect.

Core Wound: Unworthiness often stems from chronic criticism, rejection, or systemic marginalisation, leading to feelings of inadequacy.

?

4. The Anchor (Soul Contract Number 10-1)

Negative: The Perfectionist

Positive: The Anchor

Anchors provide stability and integrity. When negatively expressed, they become perfectionists, overly critical of themselves and others. In their balanced state, they are anchors, offering unwavering support and consistency.

Core Wound: Father abandonment, which can create a fear of imperfection and an intense need for control, often originating from childhood abandonment or significant losses.

?

5. The Counsellor (Soul Contract Number 13-4)

Negative: The Self-Cantered

Positive: The Counsellor

Counsellors are empathetic and insightful. In their negative form, they may become self-centred, focusing excessively on their needs. They serve as counsellors at their best, providing compassionate guidance and understanding.

Core Wound: Mother rejection leads to a deep-seated need for validation and attention, which can manifest as self-centred behaviour.

?

6. The Catalyst (Soul Contract Number 7-7)

Negative: The Control Freak

Positive: The Catalyst

Catalysts spark transformation and growth. When negatively charged, they can become control freaks, rigid and resistant to change. As catalysts, they embrace change, inspiring innovation and progress.

Core Wound: Heart wounds in childhood, often from emotional trauma or loss, cause a fear of vulnerability and a need to control their environment.

?

7. The Creative (Soul Contract Number 6-6)

Negative: The Bull

Positive: The Creative

Creatives are imaginative and innovative. In their negative state, they become bull-headed, stuck in their ways and resistant to new ideas. They are creative, flexible, and open to new possibilities in their positive expression.

Core Wound: Stuckness, anger, and rigidity, typically resulting from unresolved anger or trauma that limits their ability to adapt and innovate.

Healing and Growth

Addressing the core wounds associated with each archetype often requires trauma healing and inner healing work, mentorship, and regular practices such as mindfulness and self-compassion. Rebuilding trust in oneself and the universe, reclaiming a sense of agency, and cultivating supportive relationships are crucial steps in this journey. Thanks Gennye. While I'm unfamiliar with the Soul Contract, the idea of focusing on "karma, talents, gifts, and Soul Destiny" sounds interesting. ??
