Founder’s Corner
I get asked all the time about what tools I use to stay organized and keep things running smoothly. I use these apps both for my day-to-day and my business. I wanted to give you guys a quick rundown of why I love each one and how they make my life easier. Check it out! ??
Notion ???
This is a business essential for Creator X. All my notes, projects, and content ideas are stored here, allowing my team and me to collaborate seamlessly. Here’s my latest Notion tutorial that you might find helpful.
CapCut ???
When it comes to editing videos, CapCut is my go-to. I use it across all platforms—from YouTube to Instagram.
Superhuman ??
Superhuman has totally transformed the way I handle emails. It’s fast, efficient, and it makes managing my inbox feel way less overwhelming. Sorting, scheduling and responding to emails through this app has made a huge difference in how I stay on top of things every day.
Google Calendar ??
This app is how my life stays organized! It’s where all my meetings and team check-ins live, keeping everything on track.
Canva ??
Whenever I need to create a design for social posts or email campaigns, Canva is my go-to. It’s super easy to use and saves me so much time. Plus, with all the ready-made templates, I can quickly tweak things to fit my brand and style without any hassle.
Loom ???
Loom has honestly replaced so many of my meetings. Recording quick videos instead of having live meetings has been a huge time-saver. I can explain my ideas and thoughts in a short video while screen sharing and this helps save time for my clients as well.
QuickBooks ??
This is the foundation of how we stay on top of our finances.
I just dropped a new YouTube video where I walk through my day and show how I’m using some of these apps to run my business. If you're curious about how they fit into my workflow, give it a watch!

5 个月Great recommendations! Love Notion & CapCut. Though it's not necessary to stay organized, the Grammarly plugin is essential for me as it can be used across almost* all apps.
Great tips, JT!

5 个月Love the Loom reccomendation- feel like the video explanation is the missing piece to explaining a lot of our stuff- makes total sense to present in that way- going to try it out!
