Event Overview

Since 2019, XCMG has held an annual International Customer Festival to attract more global customers to visit and learn about XCMG, aiming to achieve better sales performance and brand promotion. The 6th edition of the International Customer Festival was held in Xuzhou from May 18th to 21st this year, under the theme "Partners in Progress Empower Solid Future." The event showcased XCMG's achievements in the transformation towards "high-end, intelligent, green, service-oriented, and internationalized" development. • Scenario Marketing

For the first time, XCMG used various scenarios to simulate integrated construction solutions for roadwork and earthmoving at the testing ground. These live demonstrations included excavation, loading, transportation, and unloading processes, showcasing the seamless coordination and excellent performance of XCMG’s equipment such as bulldozers, rollers, articulated trucks, and dump trucks. This highlighted XCMG's capabilities in road construction and earthmoving equipment manufacturing.

XCMG also introduced electric products like the XE215E excavator, EHSL51A dump truck, and XC968EV loader in simulated earthmoving operations. These demonstrations emphasized the environmental friendliness, powerful performance, and high adaptability of XCMG’s electric equipment.

Following these demonstrations, customers highly praised XCMG products, noting the seamless integration and advanced technology that enable efficient operations. The live demonstrationsnot only highlighted the robustness and reliability of XCMG's equipment but also provided a clear vision of how XCMG continues to lead in the construction machinery industry through innovation and sustainability.

• Product Exhibition

At this year's customer festival, attendees had the opportunity to closely explore a wide range of XCMG products, including heavy machinery, forklifts, earthmoving equipment, road equipment, drilling rigs, mining machines, vehicles, excavators, and aerial work platforms. A specially designated new energy product area showcased nearly 30 products across 10 categories, attracting significant customer interest.

In addition to viewing the products, customers could participate in hands-on demonstrations. Under the guidance of staff, they experienced the XD135T road roller's seat swivel function, soft start/stop, and water spray features. The GR2605TPRO motor grader's wide visibility and simplified operation received unanimous praise. The user-friendly design and exceptional performance of XCMG products left customers highly impressed. Many attendees took the opportunity to climb onto the towering fire trucks and aerial work platforms to capture memorable photos from the best vantage points.

The event also featured customized product zones and numerous parts display areas tailored to different regions, drawing in international guests who engaged deeply with the on-site technical team. Special performances, such as excavators writing calligraphy and cutting cucumbers with balloons, added entertainment value and showcased the precision of the equipment’s control systems, earning rounds of applause.

Moreover, the product exhibition included a tour of the production lines. Customers walked through XCMG's modern intelligent production facilities, experiencing the manufacturing capabilities up close. Automated assembly lines for track beams, specialized intelligent assembly lines for chassis, and intelligent production information management systems left customers amazed and full of admiration.

Cultural Experience

The XCMG International Customer Festival is not only a platform for showcasing products and technology but also a stage for cultural exchange. Through this event, many international guests gained a deeper understanding of Xuzhou. Popular destinations during the festival included Yunlong Lake, Xuzhou Museum, the Huilongwo Historical and Cultural District, and Suning Plaza. Activities such as calligraphy, making scented sachets, wearing traditional Hanfu clothing, paper cutting, and traditional Chinese medicine therapy allowed guests to immerse themselves in Chinese culture.

The Huilongwo Historical and Cultural District, a national-level tourist and leisure area integrating culture, tourism, and commerce, provided guests with a unique cultural experience. Here, attendees could make lacquer fans, create stone rubbings, taste sugar paintings, and dress in Hanfu, fully experiencing the charm of traditional Chinese culture. On the evening of the 19th, an outdoor barbecue and buffet allowed global customers to savor the unique culinary and folk culture of Xuzhou. The outdoor bonfire party combined traditional Hanfu and Chinese-style performances with the launch of XCMG's new workwear, further enriching the event's content.

During the 6th XCMG International Customer Festival, many customers shared their high praise for XCMG's products and services. XCMG's diverse range of pure electric loaders, from 1-ton to 10-ton models, has garnered high praise for their environmental benefits and suitability. After experiencing the impressive performance of the XC978 pure electric loader, Smith from the USA promptly ordered 10 units. At the Jiawang test site during the Customer Festival, Stuart from Oceania expressed his excitement: "Choosing XCMG is definitely the right choice. Their product quality and management systems are highly mature! We look forward to deepening our cooperation with XCMG!" Additionally, at the event, a batch of G series excavators was delivered to Indonesian customers, further strengthening XCMG's international partnerships. Murat from Turkey, who has been collaborating with XCMG for over 20 years, appreciated their continuous innovation to meet market demands.
