You have heard about the 4Ps of marketing: product, price, promotion, place.

Evaluate: The fourth and final step is to evaluate your efforts. This involves analyzing the data from your campaigns to determine what is working and what isn’t. This will help you refine your strategies and ensure that you are getting the most out of your digital marketing efforts. By following the 4E Framework, you can ensure that your digital marketing efforts are effective and that you are achieving your goals. It is a comprehensive approach that will help you engage, educate, entertain, and evaluate your audience. With the right strategies in place, you can ensure that your digital marketing efforts are successful.

These authors describe current models of paying for AI in medicine and describe five alternative and complementary reimbursement approaches, including incentivizing outcomes instead of volume, utilizing advance market commitments and time-limited reimbursements for new AI applications, and rewarding interoperability and bias mitigation. As AI rapidly integrates into routine healthcare, careful design of payment for AI is essential for improving patient outcomes while maximizing cost-effectiveness and equity.
There are many barriers to the dissemination and implementation of artificial intelligence in medicine. Who pays is one of them and is answer is a work in progress that will be determined by multiple and competing stakeholders.
