6ft is far from being enough!

Since March of last year, as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic, you as a business owner or manager probably have done multiples changes in your phones or the way you used to use them; in your Internet access; maybe you have updated some of the pool of computers and laptops of your company. Even, you have upgraded or migrated some software applications that before you never thought were going to happen. ????????
And all above make sense and it's for a reason.
If you do, congrats! I hope the benefits and ROI are "in your face" in the coming months sooner than later! ??
But what about your cybersecurity solutions? your endpoints agents? your firewalls? your backups? your policies to counteract the new threats?
The idea you are 'safer' in your house because you are distanced from those who could infect you with the 'coronavirus', does not apply in the same way to the risk of being contaminated by malware, phishing attacks, and ransomware that could impact severely your business.
Quite the opposite, "at home" the risk is greater. Verizon's Mobile Security Index 2021 study proves it. Read about it here ?? or ?? here
We would wish the 'six-foot distancing' rule was effective against phishing and ransomware attacks. The 'fight' would be very different. ?? 6 ft ???
Your health and that of your loved ones come first! Of course! But now is the time not to turn your back on those 'low defenses' regarding cybersecurity and to use appropriately the corresponding "distancing" and "masks" against these growing threats.
We love our business, we love connecting businesses. That's is what we do! We connect clients, managers, partners, employees, vendors, information, data.
And we do it with the right phone communication, Internet + Cloud connectivity, and Collaboration solution for each business in town.
It's time for more "masks", not less, when the security of your digital capital, the continuity of your business, and reputation, those you have invested probably many years, with dreams and sleeplessness are in-game.
So, your cybersecurity plan, ... don't take it off! Put it on even better. ????
Enjoy the ride! ??????
