Get the most from your 631K scraper through our operator training.
I delivered operator training for the first production built, 631K scrapers (in the world) last week for one of our valued customers, Q H & M Birt PTY LTD. At a construction site up on the Carpentaria Coast of Queensland, Australia. The training encompassed all of the production-enhancing features of the 631K- Sequence Assist, Load Assist and all of the other fruit that sets this production animal apart from the pack. Ensuring operators "get it right, the first time", delivering productivity gains for our construction industry. The use of this scraper demonstrates the strong appetite for uncovering gains through innovation, in our local construction industry.
The operator training focused on exploiting the high-tech systems integrated into the machine’s on-board system with a little scraper, "101" operating techniques thrown in for good measure.
These Smart Iron features are designed to help operators gain productivity by making the most out of each movement the scraper executes.
Operators also reported a significant reduction in fatigue, leading to more productive shifts.
Apologies on the picture. Due to the mobile device policy onsite, I was unable to take an appropriate picture of the 631K.
