$600+ Billion Business Exits Healthcare Due to Lack of Profits

This week, 沃尔玛 announced it will be winding down its Walmart Health initiative. All 51 of its healthcare clinics and virtual care services will close.

The retail giant has operated healthcare clinics since 2019.

“This is a difficult decision, and like others, the challenging reimbursement environment and escalating operating costs create a lack of profitability that make the care business unsustainable for us at this time.”

If a $600+ billion business finds the healthcare business unsustainable, how do you think physicians and other healthcare professionals feel about this industry??

With more than half of physicians now in employed positions, it seems like this is the only way forward. Once upon a time, physicians were self-employed and could structure their practice however they chose. Today, physicians have lost control over their lives and livelihoods. It is high time to Rebirthinate the physician of yore to regain autonomy and control not just over our own lives, but over our profession and healthcare as a whole.

The question is: how much longer can you go on suffering at the hands of institutions, systems, and insurance agencies? Are you not ready to Rebirthinate yourself?

Survey

Currently, most coaches charge several thousand dollars per month for their services which can prevent many people from receiving the help they need.

In recent time, many professionals have started to offer subscription models with an up-front retainer fee and then a monthly subscription cost in an effort to lower the cost of entry and improve access for clients.

This survey is trying to figure out if there is a market for this kind of model for coaches.

I would greatly appreciate your input. In exchange, you will have the option to be notified if/when this service becomes available.

And for kids, I found these friendship journals are incredible. They go back to the classic old-school friendship journals I had when I was in elementary school.

Especially in today's age where we are surrounded by technology, these books go back to true human relationships and they make a great keepsake for the future. I still have mine from 3rd grade.

Find the kids books at www.EinhornBooks.com

My kids somehow got the idea that Batman was my favorite superhero (he's second, my actual favorite is Frank Castle from The Punisher series but they're took young for that kind of violence).

So naturally, I had to create the dad-logo and put it up on Etsy.
