I am still smarting from the success of National Mentoring Day last week, which is now a global initiative to promote the benefits of mentoring to all concerned and shout-out to those amazing experts in your corner.??I am grateful to work with fantastic clients who listen, take action and get results.

I thought I’d take time to summarise the main benefits of a mentor for those who aren’t as aware of the concept or not yet convinced.

Due to the fact that they have run their own business (whereas a coach just needs a coaching qualification and no experience of running a business), they are often a role model for you.
