What do you do if you're in an industry or region that hasn't embraced CX yet?
There are a lot of regions in the world and industries that are 'behind the times' when it comes to customer experience and as a result, there is collective inertia where everyone decides to do nothing. They know it's the right thing to do but don't see the benefit of doing it.
If this is you you should either be very worried or very excited.
You should be worried because at any moment, on any given day, a company can change the game, do something different, push the boundaries, rise to the top.
You should be excited because it could be you.
The moment one company steps up their game, everyone else will scramble to follow them but chances are it'll be too late. Don't leave it to fate.
