Set your customers’ expectations
If you don’t set expectations for customers they will set them for themselves…and you won’t meet them because they’ll all be different and you won’t know what any of them are.
If you leave this to chance the expectations will be set by a multitude of different interactions and experiences, that are mostly out of your control.
We need to work to understand where expectations are being formed. What they are and how to re-frame them.
So many problems in business would go away overnight if you just paid more attention to setting your customers' expectations.
