60 Affiliates in 6 Continents

WiCyS is pleased to announce a new WiCyS Affiliate - WiCyS Healthcare. This brings the global impact of this professional initiative to 60 Affiliates on 6 continents.

Working together, these communities enhance the WiCyS mission through outreach, awareness, networking, sharing, mentoring, and engagement.

WiCyS members can associate with WiCyS Affiliates for a deeper connection to the community and opportunities around them.

If you don't see an affiliate in your area, you can submit an application to start one. You just need to be a WiCyS member in good standing with 5 fellow WiCyS members in your community who are ready to join your affiliate.

There are three types of affiliate groups: Regional, Corporate and?Specialty Affiliates.

Regional Affiliates are for a state or several adjoining states coordinated with WiCyS to avoid overlap. Example: “WiCyS Mid-Atlantic Affiliate”

Specialty Affiliates are for a specific sector in the cybersecurity profession. Example: "WiCyS Critical Infrastructure Affiliate"

Corporate Affiliates are created by a company or institution wanting to provide an internal community for that particular organization’s women in cybersecurity, and associate the organization with the WiCyS brand. Note: This is a WiCyS strategic partner benefit only. Example: "WiCyS Lockheed Martin"

From mentorship and speaking opportunities to skill building programs and networking, the opportunities you create for yourself and others when you start a WiCyS affiliate are unmatched.
