6 years collaborating with Virgin Voyages: A success story of 4 ships and 12.000+ chairs!

It's been 6 years since we first got in touch with Virgin Voyages . British Virgin Voyages is a newcomer in the cruise industry. They were looking for a partner with extensive expertise in cruise design, and they found this in ROBOS.

Over the past six years, we've had plenty of communication with Virgin Voyages, actively contributing ideas, especially regarding outdoor furniture like sunloungers, pool mattresses and the Hooded Daybed.

Their adult-only ships are one-of-a-kind. The new generation of cruise ships offers everything you've never seen before on a cruise, with designs that are trendier than ever.

After the success of outfitting the first ship, the Scarlet Lady, we also handled the furnishing for the next three cruise ships.

All four cruise ships have been outfitted with similar furniture packages.

The ships were all constructed by FINCANTIERI , and the ROBOS team has been there frequently over the years for measurements, discussions, and installations.

Here are some fun facts:

• Our 1979 chair and side table from our RBS label can be found on every balcony of every ship, totaling 2272 chairs and 1136 side tables per ship.
• The multifunctional C-table is in every cabin, with a total of 1294 per ship!
• Each ship received over 500+ daybeds and sofas.
• About 3000 chairs were delivered per ship for indoor and outdoor spaces!
• The last ship, the Brilliant Lady, is almost ready to welcome guests, marking a temporary end to a successful collaboration.
