You don’t want to be surprised by any technical glitches that could derail the interview process. So prior to a scheduled meeting, check and double-check that your audio, video and internet connections are good to go. Better yet….

A “mock” interview can help ease any jitters you may have, so tag a friend to help you test question responses, get the hang of your video interview platform and speaking to a camera instead of your computer screen.
3. Set the atmosphere
A well-lit room, neutral background and a quiet place where both the interviewer and the interviewee can hear one another and provides the professional setting needed for an interview.
