6 weeks to the finish line
Remember all the To Dos in your annual plan? The goals, the content maps, the new business target list? We blinked in January and here we are...six weeks until we start again.
I know you’ve got plenty of “regular” work to do before the year’s end, but here’s how I might suggest you get the most out of the next six weeks:
Week of November 21st:?Be grateful. Take time to call or email those who make your work easier, more fun, more fruitful or possible.
Week of November 28th:?Do one final push to get some biz dev meetings or calls scheduled in 2022. Work your list, your referral sources, or your dream prospect list hard.
Week of December 5th:?Put the finishing touches on your 2023 plan. Once it’s finished...cut the number of To Do’s in half. That’s probably more realistic. Share it with your leadership team to get buy in and put together an action plan of who is doing what and when.

Week of December 12th:?Show your team some love. Demonstrate your gratitude and how much you care about them. Make it personal.
Week of December 19th:?Get personal with clients. Reach out. Ask them how you can help them in 2023. Share your dreams and goals for the year. Enjoy the collaboration and partnership.
Week of December 26th:?Get ready. Empty your inbox, clean up your office. File that stack of papers. Throw away the magazines you are never going to read. Cleanse. Purge. Prepare.
There you have it....make the most of 2022’s last few weeks and set yourself up for success in 2023!
