A lot of content marketing campaigns fail primarily because of their stories only speak about their own products and brands. It must be revolve around your customers. Talk about their problems and pain points instead and how your product can resolve it. They are not interested to know about your product unless it is useful to them. Irrespective of any platform, you need to tell it to them in a form of story.
