??6 Ways to Increase your energy levels
Here are six ways my clients increase their energy levels:
A lot of men and women I work with struggle with low energy levels and this has a huge impact on how they feel and their quality of life.
1: Increase deep sleep.
Deep sleep is the most restorative stage of sleep, and it's essential for energy levels. Aim to get at least 1-1.5 hours of deep sleep each night, and make sure to create a relaxing bedtime routine that helps you wind down before bed. Aim for 7-8h of total sleep.
2: Use food as fuel.
What you eat has a big impact on your energy levels. Choose foods that are high in protein and avoid processed foods, sugary drinks, and excessive amounts of caffeine.
3: Take cold showers.
Cold showers may seem counterintuitive, but they can actually help to boost your energy levels for 2-3 hours and improve your mood so you feel happier and more present in the moment.

4: Caffeine in moderation.
Caffeine is a stimulant that can help to increase alertness and energy levels. A good rule of thumb to follow is not to drink coffee after 5pm. There is caffeine in tea if you don't like coffee.
5: Optimism.
A positive attitude can go a long way in boosting your energy levels. When you're optimistic, you're more likely to take on challenges and stay motivated, which can lead to increased energy levels. What are some of your wins or positives for this week so far?
6: Work out or move your body.
Exercise is one of the best ways to boost your energy levels. When you exercise, your body releases endorphins, which have mood-boosting and energy-boosting effects.
