True Leader must possess the below enunciated traits.
1. Effective Leaders focus on strengths rather than weakness. They always radiate positive energy. They are AGILE, build Resilience & celebrate success.
They treasure your talent. They treat employee development as a perpetual priority and they continuously coach for success, helping their employees reach their potential personally and professionally.
2. Effective Leaders have a strong sense of purpose, passion, and urgency. Highly effective leaders decide what is most important--the one activity that most directly helps you execute your plan. Ask your team, "What is the most valuable thing you can do right now?"
3. Effective Leaders are humble, calm, always learning, and master collaborators. Highly effective leaders understand that leadership is an inside job, and they always start making changes and improvements with themselves first.
4. Effective Leadership requires trust and integrity.
Highly effective leaders always keep the things simple.
They think in threes to simplify strategies, metrics, messages, and actions. Apply the 80/20 principle to focus on the 20 percent of (employees, products, customers) that are your "vital few."
5. Effective Leaders have honesty, directness, kindness, respect.
6. Effective Leaders lead by example, they have deep understanding of social blogging.
