Talking with friends, family, colleagues and professionals can all help when we are struggling. A good support can?ease your work troubles and help you see things in a different way. Talking things through may also help you find solutions to your problems.

Positivity

Think about all of the positive things in your life, take time to reflect on how this makes you feel.??Try writing?down 3 things that went well, or for which you're grateful, at the end of every day.

Keep Active

Exercise can reduce some of the emotional intensity that you're feeling, clearing your thoughts and letting you deal with your problems more calmly.?Exercise produces endorphins which relax your brain and ease sleeping.?

Sleep more

Skimping on sleep can interfere with creativity, problem-solving skills, and ability to focus. The better rested you are, the better equipped you'll be to tackle your job responsibilities and cope with workplace stress. Aim for 8 hours a night—the amount of sleep most adults need to operate at their best.

Time out

Taking five minutes out of your day to have a break and a chat can bring a sense of calm to a busy schedule.?Also try to get away from your desk or work station for lunch. It will help you relax and recharge and be more, not less, productive.
