6 Things That Keeps You Away From Making 6-Figure Month

1. Lack of Clarity & Decision

Most overwhelm comes from lack of clarity and from not taking clear-cut decisions. The more we procrastinate and stay in our head, the harder it is to take actions.

When you lack clarity in your offer, coaching structure, systems, business model, marketing strategy and who your dream clients are, it's harder to scale your business.

Clarity Is Power. Your indecision and inaction costs more than taking a decision and evolve as you go.        
Apply This: Reflect how you want to run your business, and what the transformation of your offer is. Write down what your current belief system around your offer is (eg. I believe, people want to pay for coaching from a place of desire. I believe, people don't always want 1:1, but value live program in groups, etc.).

Test your offer in the market, and create a buyer experience that you would love to have for yourself as a client.

You get clarity, by zooming out to reflect what you desire and by taking small actions with courage as you go. Hiring a mentor/coach can be helpful in the process.

2. Focusing On Non-Needle Moving Tasks

Your ability to focus and maintain your standards/beliefs, correlates a lot with making more making-money.

As an entrepreneur/executive we have an endless to-do list of what we could do. But only because you could do something, doesn't mean you should. It doesn't always mean it's efficient.

Prioritizing the 'order' of your tasks and what is relevant to you depending on the stage of your business is crucial (eg. don't bother about what modules you exactly have to deliver in all detail, before getting your first client & testing your offer in the market).

I made my first 6-fig month organically by focusing daily on this:

  • Premium Content (What message can I share to my dream clients to help them?)
  • Traffic (What can I do today to increase the eyeballs on my offer?)
  • Messenger (How many quality conversations do I have with dream clients?)
  • Sales (How can I inspire people to take action from a place of power? How can they join?)

Apply This: Prioritize starting your day with needle moving ''money tasks'' before you do anything else or with 2-3 hours of focused work to build your business. Most people bother about things that are not yet a problem for them eg. worrying about delivery, website colors and having tons of chit chats with non-ideal clients.

3. Lack of Consistency and Staying Power

I always speak about the importance of staying power.

It indicates someone's ability to keep showing up regardless of any circumstances.

Don't wait others to move, but move first and have the courage to pave the way.

You can have the best strategies, mindset and mentor. But one thing you can never buy is the power of consistency. Show up, even if you don't have yet the evidence that it works.

Consistency builds trust and can lead to exponential growth as you go.

Apply This: Double down on what already works in your business and choose to lead in your power. Some processes might be boring to repeat, but you can choose to make it inspiring (needle-moving tasks) and build your business in a way that is exciting for you to show up.

If you don't have yet evidence that x (your offer/Idea) works, make sure to take responsibility to create with more speed the positive evidence you want to see (eg. excited clients who want to pay for your coaching, people joining your coaching from a place of desire and not lack, etc.)

4. Lack of Embodiment

You can't expect people to buy your offer, if you don't believe in it 100%.

You can nail your messaging and content, but if your energy is off and does not match to what you sell it's difficult to get buyers.

People love to follow coaches, who embody what they teach and show up unapologetically for what they believe in with courage.

If your energy doesn't match up to your 'personal brand' you might feel more exhausted and guilty when you show up. It's much easier, fun and potent, when you show up as what is raw to you and as the same person, who lives behind the scenes of social media.

Apply This: Instead just focusing on creating content for your clients, build a movement around your brand and stand for something. Combine different things to your brand eg. media & real estate, be a fashion icon as a business coach, and infuse what makes you unique.

No matter what style you choose for your brand or what offers you put out. Own your decisions, and decide to embody it with excitement when you sell it.

5. Focusing Only On Strategy

If you're trying only 'TO DO' things without becoming first, it's hard to get results. It's not that the blueprints are hard to surrender, but that many people don't embody the person they need to become first to make use of the strategies.

Reflect on what of these things might hold you back from creating the results you desire:

  1. Your Belief-System
  2. Your Traits/Behavior
  3. Lack of Skills

eg. Someone might have great skillsets and great discipline (trait), but has a limiting belief about money or coaching. Changing this one belief, might be a breakthrough for this person.

Apply this: Focus on reflecting on these points above. Do it from an empowered place without judgement, but take radical responsibility to be a match to your offers by becoming the person you choose to become to make it work. eg. Your desire is to make a million.

What would that million dollar person do differently than you right now? What beliefs does he/she hold? etc.

6. Overcomplicating Things

Simple scales, fancy fails.

When you're overcomplicating things, it can leave you paralyzed in inaction.

The best way to break this is to get in movement, whether it means to do a live stream, a content piece, or to make a masterclass.

It's great to think BIG and DEEP about what you're building, but it can also keep you trapped, if you are too much overcomplicating the process.

Simplicity scales, because it's easier for you and others to understand.

Clarity and confidence with clear outcomes and the right vibe (whatever you choose to be) attracts your dream clients.

Apply This: Think of your offer, processes and apply the 3-step rule. How could you simplify the process for your service, delivery and in your marketing? How can you simplify the sales process and marketing?

Lastly..

Choose to build a business that activates you and makes you fire.

YOU’RE choosing to do your business and get to choose how you want to do it.

So do it in ways that make you stay happy, healthy and build for longevity.

That's a great observation. It's true that success requires more than just having a set of plans or blueprints in place. Becoming the type of person who can successfully execute those plans is equally important. It's often said that success is an inside job, and that's because it begins with who you are and the mindset you have. When you embody the qualities and characteristics of a successful person, you're much more likely to achieve the results you desire. This includes developing discipline, perseverance, and a growth mindset, among other things. By working on yourself first, you set a strong foundation for success.

This is spot on ?? Focus on the 20% of things that move your business, Doing too much can cause delays, and make you doubt if you will ever succeed in business. But the truth is, there's more in less so prioritize doing less of what adds value to your business. Instead of doing too much, of what takes your time and leaves you paralyzed.
