6 Things Apple Did Not Tell You About The New iPhone 16 Series.

Here are six things about the iPhone 16 series (iPhone 16, 16 Plus, 16 Pro, and 16 Pro Max) that Apple didn’t tell you:

1. All models now come with 8 GB of RAM, which is why the base iPhones 16 and 16 Plus will feature Apple Intelligence. However, this feature requires iOS 18.1, so it won’t be available until later this year. These phones ship with iOS 18 out of the box.
2. The iPhone 16 Plus might not have the best battery life because it has a reduced battery size compared to the iPhone 15 Plus.
3. The iPhone 16 charges at 20 watts with a wired charger but at 25 watts with a MagSafe wireless charger.
4. This year, the base iPhones also get the new A18 chip. While it’s not called the A18 Pro (reserved for the Pro models), the difference is only an extra GPU core in the Pro versions.
5. A new and exciting feature is that the iPhone 16 series can now pause videos while recording, which wasn’t possible before.
