Hi Kelvin, for me it's the communication language at work. At first it I was closing a lot of clients in the African languages because most of the client's that answers the phone don't speak and understand English at all. But at work they currently insisted that everything must be communicated in English. However I switched to explaining to the client that I'll explain in vernac and English. Kodwa as soon as I start talking in English they hang up and don't want to continue and you find that in the African languages they agreed and the deal is closed. The problem is attaining that confirmation SMS. I don't know cause right now I'm even thinking of Quitting cause without a confirmation SMS there's no income that means I'm going to work for nothing at the end of the day. I have actually begin to hate outbound calls and warm up calls. Right now I just need a a job with a basic salary. Again thank you for sharing but your logic don't work if you have never spoken English in your life. Clients feels that you're making them sign or take their money with out their knowledge even if it's just a warm up call.
