We encourage you to use these steps as a checklist so that no matter what kind of animated video you're dreaming up, you can be sure that it will be both effective and engaging.
The following steps we covered for your ease to help you get through it. Without further ado, let's jump in.
1. Project Research
The first thing you need to do is project research. Determine who your audience is and write down what they would like to see in an animated video. Write down their age, gender, and location (if possible).?
This is all about getting a clear understanding of your client's message, the goal of their video, and whom they're targeting. This will help you with the next step - script writing.
2. Scriptwriting
After learning about your project and audience, we write a script that captures your brand's voice and tells a story that resonates with your audience.?
Use the information from your research to write a script for your animated video. Be sure to include all of the important information about your audience so the video will be more engaging for them.?
3. Storyboarding
Now it's time to sketch out how the video will look! Storyboarding is the process of breaking down your script into individual scenes and then drawing out each scene with a timeline.?
This will help you visualize what the finished animation will look like, and make it easier for you to communicate your idea to others.?

4. Voice Over Recording
Once the storyboard has been approved, it's time to record the voice over. First, select a voice over artist that best fits the character portrayed in the script. Next, bring our words to life by recording them in a studio or remotely from a home studio with professional equipment.?
5. Animation Design?
The very first step is deciding how you want your content to look and feel.?
The ideal way to do this is by creating a style guide. Think of this as your brand’s bible that contains all the rules for how your brand looks and sounds.
-It should include things like:
? Color palette (the colours you use in your logo, on your website, etc.)
? Typography (fonts and their sizes)
? Photography styles (if you use them)
? Video style guide (if you have one)
Then, make sure to include these things in the style guide for animating videos.?
6. Edit and Render?
Once you're done with all of the animations, you need to edit and render it out as an mp4 file so it can be played back online or shared via social media channels like Twitter or Facebook and also via email.
The rendering process usually takes about five minutes per frame of video at 30 frames per second (fps). So if you have 1 minute's worth of footage (60 seconds) at 30fps then you are good to go for rendering.

The secret to creating a catchy animated video is in planning, creating and making the right choice. You need to make your viewers want to come back for more and give them the information they haven’t already read. You don’t have to be an expert in animation or even graphic design to do this. All you need is good research, a catchy title, great music, and a well-written script.
