Think about this - instead of comparing where you are vs the others listed here, show your support for those fellow pharmacists in our phamily. Use their journey to inspire your own personal story to come alive.

Now is an imperative time for our profession as pharmacists to be heard and seen as the valuable member of the clinical care team and the abilities to use your skills beyond the dispensing role that has long since been the sole image of a pharmacist to the world. The underlying root issue for much of the lack of progression for pharmacists is not enough stepping up, standing up or showcasing support of those that are.?
