Welcome back and well done for checking in and coming back to continue your training. Today, I want to talk about something I use almost daily. There's not a day that goes by without a client discussing this topic in one form or another. So, let's dive into how to use STAG stacks to improve your life!
We all know that life can be overwhelming, especially when we have big targets such as becoming a world champion, achieving significant success, or attaining a certain status. As high achievers, which is why you're probably here, we tend to set ambitious goals. However, looking at them all at once can sometimes be quite daunting.
Even if we focus on specific aspects like our daily routines or career goals, the sheer magnitude of everything can be overwhelming. We may find ourselves struggling to fully commit to the present moment and easily get distracted by conflicts or external factors, such as our mobile phones. This lack of focus leads to lower intensity and procrastination, hindering our progress.?
But fear not! I have a simple solution for overcoming this challenge: STAG stacks—short-term, achievable goals. By creating short-term goals that are within reach, we can redirect our focus to the present moment. Let me explain how this works.
Imagine you're playing a tennis match. Instead of fixating on winning the entire match, set your sights on winning individual points. This singular focus allows you to concentrate your resources and energy in shorter bursts of time. Even within a single point, you can break it down further, focusing on specific strategies like returning aggressively and moving your feet quickly. This approach provides a clear, concise focus for each moment, enabling you to maximise your performance.
The same principle applies to studying. Instead of sitting down for an hour and getting bored or distracted, break it down into smaller increments. Challenge yourself to complete specific tasks within the next five minutes. As you achieve these mini-stags, you'll experience a sense of satisfaction, achievement, and engagement, which in turn boosts motivation.
The beauty of STAG stacks lies in their ability to make overwhelming tasks manageable and exciting. Whether you're creating monthly, weekly, or daily focuses, or even minute-by-minute objectives, breaking things down into smaller chunks helps tremendously. It's about managing projects, achieving personal goals, or excelling in challenging moments. When everything is broken down into tags, you gain a clear roadmap to success.

Now it's your turn to put this into action! I highly recommend writing down your STAG stacks. Start with just one, two, or three STAGS—don't go overboard, keep it realistic and manageable. As a challenge for today, write down your three STAGS for the day and identify the most important part of your day—a highlight or a challenge. Then, break that significant challenge into three mini-stags.
Once you have your overall STAGS for the day and your three mini-stags for the crucial part of the day, take a moment to read them and feel the power behind them. By focusing on and committing to these STAGS, you'll naturally avoid distractions and stay on track. Give it a try!
This technique has proven immensely powerful for countless clients I've worked with, including myself. I'd love to hear about your experience with STAG stacks. Let us know how it goes! We're here to support you on your journey.?
Looking forward to hearing from you soon.
Best regards,
