One of the case from《what the dog saw》 is “The Talent Myth, Are Smart People Overrated?” It’s very interesting and thought-provoking for choosing Talents as well as Talents’ management, rewarding, motivation, etc.

Recently, I went back to my own house far away (around 65 minutes by metro) from Shanghai downtown area.

It was already 8:00 pm but the metro compartments were still so crowded and I standed for most of the time (around 45 minutes).

Passengers all looked exausted after a long working day, some  fell asleep. Whether have t hey had the meal ?

This is just the reflection of most people's daily life, most people are trying their best to make a  living.

Deep down I believe everyone has or had a dream but as time goes by, the dreams just become mirage, more and more far away from us, being strangled by living pressure.

Surely, highly disciplined people still keep working on self-improvement after the long working day, after the long commute even without a seat... but for most normal people, they just get trapped.

Reality is always cold and kind of cruel.

Life is long and hard, hopefully everyone can make the most of time, especially the first several years after graduation.

Later, you always feel you are running out of time.

Then wither

You missed

She wouldn't wait

Time fled
