6 reasons why you don't get a response even after applying for a lot of jobs in the software industry.

6 reasons why you don't get a response even after applying for a lot of jobs in the software industry.

1. Not reading the proper job description: See, recruiters post jobs according to their needs, so if you don't read that description well, you won't match the recruiter's needs, you won't get a response.

2. Not preparing a proper CV: See, you can know a lot of things that you put in your CV, but if you can't express what the recruiter wants, then all that knowledge is in vain. So read it well and prepare your CV according to what the job wants.

3. Not applying in the proper way: See, every company recruits in their own style, like some take data in a form, some ask to email, some ask to apply from the website. There are many questions there, you may not answer them well. To be honest, these questions are there to make them reflect on why they should hire you. So you have to answer that question in the proper way.

4. Applying without matching skills: The main fuel in today's jobs is skills, if you don't have skills, your qualifications are zero. So if you don't have the skills mentioned in the job, then no matter how much you apply, you won't get a response. You need to have the skills that the recruiter has mentioned in the job description, even if you are good at any other skill, you won't get a response from this job. So apply by understanding the skill requirements.

5. Not matching experience: Many people think that if I have been working for a long time, it means I am experienced, but in reality, it is not like that. You will see that the job description mentions which field is required, no matter how experienced you are in other fields, if you are not working in the field desired by the recruiter, then your experience is zero. So there is no possibility of getting response from these jobs. So apply by looking at the field, whether you can handle the job responsibility.

6. Incorrect project: See that in skill-based jobs, your project is the proof of your skills, if you cannot give a relevant project then you will not get a response, for example, someone may be looking for a JavaScript developer, if you give a React project, you will not get a response. That means you will have to do the project with the skill they are looking for, otherwise you will not get a response.

There are many other small reasons through which we filter recruiters. So if you apply keeping these things in mind, the chances of getting a response increase.
