Reasons Why People Outside the US Can’t Find Work
Every day hundreds of Foreigners want to connect and ask me to help them find a Job here in the US. I am writing this article so I can share this message with the thousands who don't understand why they can't find work here.
It is unfortunate that a few Bad People (Hackers, Scammers & Spammers) have ruined Job Opportunities for Other Experienced, Intelligent, Hard Working, Honest and Good People.
After talking to many CEO’s of big Fortune 500 Businesses and IT Professionals, I have been informed that many Companies (not all) have stopped hiring People Outside the US for the following reasons:
1. COMPUTER HACKS
Recently many Companies who hired outside the US have had many Confidential Business and Customer FILES stolen (COMPUTER HACKS who downloaded Info), then were Blackmailed. This Information would go to the highest bidder on the Black Market, if they did not pay them, potentially losing Thousands or even Millions of Dollars. Many Companies are now Locking Down their Systems and only allowing access to limited Information, as well as updating their Computers and Online Security.

2. SCAMMERS
Many Businesses and Job or Freelance Websites are Blocking Access from Outside the US for reasons above and because of Scammers pretending to be someone they are NOT like high Executives, US Military Generals, People from Dating Sites, Police Department, Social Security Office, Microsoft, etc., trying to Scam People out of Money. I have even found many on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter.

3. SPAMMERS
This not only applies to Foreigners but all those who continue to Spam and Harass Business Owners, sending them constant Messages, asking them for a JOB or click on their Website to BUY from them. LinkedIn Definition of Spam: Refers to abusive, harmful, or disruptive content, profiles, and messages. It can also be promotional in nature, where someone advertises a product for monetary gain or posts irrelevant content for high visibility. Spam isn't tolerated on LinkedIn.

6. GREEN CARD Issues
You Need a GREEN CARD and many Companies say it is costing them too much time and Money to hire, train and sponsor People from outside the US, especially when they leave right after, to go to a different Company. Legal Costs and Filing Fees - by law, employers are required to pay for the government filing fees and legal fees associated with the application. Government filing fees alone start at $1575. Also our President Donald Trump is making it harder to be able to work in the US.
