The two things business ?success and people ?success are firmly tied to automation. Happy people get to work on impactful human required tasks. If a team is free from the mundane they are happier. Happier colleagues work together better as the ey have time and are not stressed. They deliver better service. They think better and are more creative. That equals business success. Now free minds created more value. They are more strategic. They stay longer in a business which all turns into financial and culture success metrics. So the choice is - intelligently automate and get all this or do not automate and don’t.?
