The fastest path to discovering your AI Era readiness, adapted from The Jensen Group’s 50-75 question Future Strong Assessment?.
One Rule: Be Courageously Vulnerable
In taking this assessment, your goal is not to impress yourself or to look great. Be truly candid and truthful with your replies. (Nobody’s recording your replies. This is just for you.) Your goal is to discover areas that possibly need upskilling, mentoring, or additional work and discipline.
Consider each question carefully before responding. (As with all assessments, there can be nuanced layers built into each simple question. Also: Be sure to enable images: Questions are in the pix.)
1. In the AI Era, algorithms do more managing than managers do, and many of our behaviors will be driven by technologies that can outthink most of us. Your success in this era will depend on your ability to create and control your own destiny — which begins with constant focus on your personal definition of success, and how you’ll get there.
2. In the AI Era, the need for your ability to... A) Cut through all the clutter and crap... B) Be a trusted source of information as disinformation ramps up... C) Communicate clearly, concisely, quickly, and with intense value... Will exponentially increase.
3. The AI Era will continuously force you out of your comfort zone. How prepared are you to take that on — proactively? Intentionally taking yourself outside of your comfort zone?
4. The AI Era will continuously push your limits. Do you have a disciplined, rigorous approach for learning how to do that? And are you skilled at proactively learning to push your limits through digital simulations? Or are you still an Old School learner? (Old School is fantastic, but probably not fast enough for you to keep up.) ?
5. The AI Era will demand of all of us to rapidly unlearn, relearn, upskill. Again, again, and again. Under constant pressure. Have you mastered that?

6. The AI Era doesn’t care if you burn yourself out. But you need to.
