Peter George - remember that your presentation is about the audience not about you and it's not you that's in the spotlight it is them. You are not speaking to inform you are speaking to transform and remember how important it is to rehearse, rehearse and rehearse.

Barbara Spector – don't show up and throw up! In other words if you are delivering a presentation think about how you can ask compelling questions and be curious and if you're doing a keynote at an event then before you present meet and greet some of the audience and use a couple of comments from them when you start.

Neil Gordon - transform your elevator pitch - here's a line that you could use to start your elevator pitch ‘ You know how hard it is… ‘ – use something like that and you will stand out from everybody else who will be saying things like my name is, I'm from and this is what we do.
