6 Points For Mobiles Will Create a Monster

I think most people are aware that from the 1st of March its illegal to use a mobile phone while driving and now six points.

The aim of the legislation of course is to stem the rising number of accidents that are related to phone use whilst driving, Facebook, Whats App, Snapchat, emails.

Whilst I think its a good idea you can't stop technology, and all that will happen is as new vehicle models come out these applications will appear on increasingly large dashboard displays to the point where one day its actually a head up display.

So the six point legislation has now created a "problem" which will lead to manufacturers creating a solution.

So the question is "Was the 1st March 2017" the day that the UK actually cemented the road to more integration of social media applications and communications in vehicles rather than allowing them to be a separate entity?"

For me the answer is yes and it will lead to more development and eventually an option for self drive cars
