5 pointers Case Studies to market product success
Case Study is a popular way of showcasing the authenticity using real life examples and marketing product success.
When I write a Case Study I focus on “What my story wants to achieve” and install following six pointers in my mind space before proceeding.
1. What is the ultimate business outcomes the customer achieved with the product (Problem>>Solutions>>Returns)
2. Why should anyone, just like your customer, vouch for your products versus others (technical, quality, after sales experience and customer support)
3. How the customer achieved value aka ROI (time vs cost vs customer journey within a defined SLA)
4. How the customer implemented the product successfully (What success is for him i.e. end user customer experience)
5. Finally, it should help a buyer understand 'Value' in your storytelling (go step by step and make it interactive)
