Despite being over a week late, I wanted to congratulate the England Rugby Team for another 6 Nations win. Despite a record tournament length, that I am positive won’t be beaten for some time due to Covid 19, it was great to see the fighting spirit of rugby celebrated in Europe again for one last hurrah (well at least for the time being). 

As this week has passed, critics have said their piece, commented on leadership, the future of various players, coaches and backroom staff and now we can now let the teams recover and reflect on their seasons play and their future. 

As a rugby fan, I am gutted that I couldn’t watch any rugby in person or enjoy the fantastic days out at Twickenham or with Wasps at the Ricoh. But they will return. But for the meantime, congratulations England Rugby, but also, congratulations to all the nations who participated. Rugby, I feel is in a good place and I look forward to watching it live again soon.
