6 Months into Entrepreneurship: Key Lessons Learned

After six months of running my own business, here are the key lessons that matter:

1. A sale isn't complete until the money is in your account. Promises don't pay bills.

2. Marketing and sales must work together to convert leads efficiently. One without the other leaves money on the table.

3. Sales never stops. Even with a full client roster, keep prospecting.

4. Marketing never stops. Consistency beats sporadic efforts every time.

5. Being your own boss requires exceptional organization. You're responsible for everything – own it.

6. Never push services onto people. Focus on customers who genuinely need what you offer.

7. "Scared money don't make money." Take calculated risks to grow.

8. Strategic collaborations expand your reach without added costs. Find partners who complement your business.
