One of the most difficult tasks of any project is measuring and managing project quality. Most successful Project Leaders faithfully hold to the adage, “If you can’t measure it, you can’t manage it.” They also realize that when they employ incremental measures throughout the project lifecycle and maintain a team-wide focus on building quality into their project performance as well as into their products and services, they get the best results.
