It is one of the indispensable factors in a Testing program, which defines the nature of the components and equipment you have to test in the given set up, how often and what methods you will use to test them with. The scope should be able to define your system design, specifications, operating conditions and risk assessment. The recommendations of the manufacturer should also be considered in this regard. The relevant codes and standards and the best industrial practices should also be considered. The testing scope should be properly documented and updated regularly as and when required.

Testing Methods
All tests should be performed following a proper and verified Test method. As per ISO/IEC 17025:2017, all Test Methods shall be verified and Validated before applying.
