#6 Building in Public - May

Dear folks,

We hope this newsletter finds you well and that you had a restful May 1st holiday. April was great, but May sounds like it will be even better, especially after some relaxing days and enjoying life outside of work.

Once again, we are here to provide you with an update on the transparency of our company and our development in this #6 edition.

B2B

B2B continues to be our main focus, and we’re happy to introduce you to a new client:

Affereo - They are building a great AI platform to connect businesses with European funds. They are creating their first in-house tech, and we have the pleasure to help them hi!re the first 3 people for their team. They are located in Santa Maria da Feira and we are currently looking for 2 senior Software Engineers and 1 senior SRE. Difficult profiles, but very exciting ones.?

In addition, we have been working closely with other great clients:

Letras Binárias: We continue doing an RPO with them, with Beatriz Silva leading their development. They are looking for new people to keep developing e-commerce projects.?

Secil: We hired 1 Product Manager and 1 Agile Coach for them in April that will start in June. This was a very interesting client and we are looking forward to seeing the impact of the new hires in their organization. We are excited to work in another interesting role for them, this time outside of tech!?

Zharta: We have 2 finalists for their backend role. Hopefully, we close the position this month and help their engineering team to go to the next level!?

Unlockit: We keep looking for a Senior Backend for them. There are a few interesting candidates on the pipeline but we won’t give up until we find the right match.?

B2C - Career Advisor Program

If B2B was great, B2C is not far behind.?

We are currently working with 6 clients on our Career Advisor Program, where we prepare you to rock your next interview.?
