BIG results from our impact data.

Our 2022 client impact report, released this April, revealed that clients working with CEO Coaching International for two years or more had an average EBITDA CAGR of 53.5% during their time as a client, more than three times the U.S. average and a revenue CAGR of 26.2%, nearly twice the U.S. average according to data published in early 2023 by The NYU Stern School of Business.

NYU Stern reports that the national average net income CAGR is 17% for U.S. businesses, and the average revenue CAGR is 13.9%.

These outsized results reported by our clients demonstrate the tenacity of our community, the power of working with a coach, and the impact of following the best practices for strategic planning, quarterly alignment, and accountability.

Celebrating BIG Achievements

In addition to extraordinary collective results, we were pleased to celebrate individuals and companies who celebrated milestones in Q2.

In other community news, congrats to five clients and strategic partners for making the prestigious Inc. 2023 Best Workplaces list.

Snapping a team shot at our April Coaches Meeting.

Our April Coaches Meeting with CEO Coaching International team members and Strategic Partners in Miami was a blast with plenty of time for learning, catching up with friends, and meeting those new to our community.

I always cherish these in-person opportunities and marvel at just how much the firm has grown over the past few years.

A few days after our Coaches Meeting, we were honored to welcome world-class negotiation expert and Harvard Business School Professor Deepak Malhotra to speak to the CEO Coaching International Community for an invigorating CEO Masterclass. The day was electric.

The CEO Coaching International team enjoyed an enriching day with Deepak Malhotra at our CEO Masterclass: Negotiating The Impossible.

I came away from our hours with Deepak with a few new tricks up my sleeve, and from speaking with attendees, you did too. Thank you to everyone who made the trip to Miami for this inspiring event. We look forward to offering another Masterclass in the near future.?

On the Road Adventures

Between all the action with the firm this quarter, I've been lucky enough to travel for business and pleasure.?

There's nothing I enjoy more than time on the road – it helps me gain perspective in business, energizes me, and helps me keep balance in other facets of life.??

Our Provence hot air balloon ride at dawn was truly bucket list worthy.

In April, I enjoyed some quality family time up in Canada for Passover before jetting off to YPO events in Detroit, Austin, and Vegas. In May, I was honored to attend YPO and Entrepreneurs' Organization (EO) events in Costa Rica and had a blast at YPO's Being Human 2.0 event in Singapore. I'm super grateful to both YPO and EO, two organizations that never fail to impress and inspire with their world-class members.

Ivette and I also enjoyed some personal travel to Spain, Montenegro, and France. Our first trip to Bordeaux, filled with plenty of wine, did not disappoint, and I will always remember our epic hot air balloon ride over Provence at dawn — truly bucket list worthy.

Kerry Siggins, Velveth Schmitz, Meghan Watkins, and Fiona Kesby in Bali.

I was also pleased to see some of our community members out and about on their own adventures. Velveth Schmitz , Kerry Siggins , Fiona Kesby - GoTeam , and Meghan Caiazzo went on the adventure of a lifetime to Bali, Indonesia. Perhaps we need to start that Make BIG Happen Travel Club.?

Where should we go first?
