??? Communicate to convey opinions with clarity and purpose.

??? Be concrete and provide vivid images of vision, goals, and strategy.

??? Be open about personal interests in the idea.

??? This brings out everyone’s vision of winning and a win-win mindset finds opportunities in different views.
