6 advantages of working from a coworking space.

I have been working remotely for 7+ years, and 3 of those from different coworking spaces. Here is my short summary of why coworking spaces are better.

?? Personal motivation. Your time is the most precious resource in the universe period. Coworking reminds you to value it. You will be physically surrounded by dedicated people working hard, and it is a powerful motivator. You will unlikely check out some cats on YouTube every now and then while these people are rocking nearby.

?? Bonuses and programs. Virtually every coworking space has a partnership program with big companies who give free credits to small businesses. An example: free yearly USD 10k quota on cloud resources or advertising. These benefits may stack up to USD 50k in total. You may want to check it first if you are comparing your membership options.

??? Rocket fast internet connection. In my previous space, the uplink/downlink speeds were 600/400 MBps with a consistent 7 ms ping to Sydney. Having the same channel at home would most certainly cost you more than you would pay for your coworking space.

?? Personal efficiency. When working from home, you may lean towards late wake-ups and postpone the most significant bits of your day until it's very late. The days will shift, and ultimately the working hours may spread over the 24 hours with deficient performance. In that case, you may be kind-of-working. Contrary, when you leave your coworking space in the evening, there is no chance of you being dragged back to work. You will have a better rest and will start your new day rather fresh and shining.

?? You start rethinking your life. There will be dozens of businesses emerging near you, growing fast, hiring people, and leaving the space to go big and rent a real office. When you see this happening every day near you while working on the same stuff days after days, it makes you ask the right questions yourself.

?? Networking. You will get to know many young and passionate entrepreneurs who are exactly like you. They are proactive, bright, and forward-looking people. Some of them will be successful one day. A few of those will be VERY successful. You will have a chance to see their growth and learn from them and have your phone in their contact list. Just in case.
