Leadership Stance?- Aim to stand for between 60-80% of your day.?Standing?is essential for a leader. Leaders and?leadership teams?spend a lot of time behind computers, in meetings and on phones calls. If you can spend majority of that?time standing?and or?moving, this will improve your?blood flow?and increase?productivity?as a leader?who is dedicated?to looking after their?wellbeing.

Take some?time out?to be?SILENT?– switch off the technology, close the door and stand, sit or lay still for a few minutes. This enhances the power of the NOW. Try let?positive thoughts?run through the mind and over power those negative thoughts.?

Connect with nature?more: It is essential to surround yourself with?nature. Sit in parks,?walk?in forests, go?bird watching, have plants in your workspace or setup a fish tank in your working environment. By doing so we enrich our?leadership?gratification?towards life, our surroundings, which inevitably overpowers any stresses.

Test your resilience by implementing voluntary stress challenges into your daily routines: Try having a cold shower for 30seconds, instead of parking close to an entrance, find the furthest parking spot or try fasting or not having coffee for 1 day. These small challenges help to enhance your resilience.
