Braze showcased strong external support against Klaviyo , securing a total of 101.5 points. Salesforce Marketing Cloud dominated 甲骨文 Responsys with unanimous external votes. WebEngage outperformed Dengage with a balanced vote distribution, and Insider. surpassed Customer.io primarily due to a higher internal vote share, highlighting varied community engagement across different platforms. Salesforce Marketing Cloud Spring ’24 Release
The Salesforce Marketing Cloud Spring ’24 Release, scheduled from February 16 through March 8, 2024, includes new features detailed in a webinar on March 7. Updates include enhancements in Journey Builder, Marketing Cloud Connect, and SOAP API functionalities. There are improvements in MobilePush authentication, SMS link shortening, and SFTP user permissions. Additionally, the release includes support for DLT Templates in MobileConnect and generative AI in Einstein Segment Creation.
